We have received reports that some of our customers have had issues trying to access their audio files following an alert from a Hive Hub 360 device. We’re working hard to try and work out what’s gone wrong and to find a solution, so please bear with us.

We’ve received reports that for some users, temperature history graphs are not showing data at present. We are working on this as a priority and hope to recover all data in due course.
